Before installation
Power-test displays and digitizers on the bench before removing old adhesive. Note connector orientation and photograph the received part label.
If DOA suspected
Stop install, keep packaging, and capture a short bench video per policy. Claims without pre-install evidence may be rejected for Group A assemblies.
